A walk-in -interview will be held on and from 24'05-2021(from 2.00 PM to 05.00 PM) in the working days ( except Saturday, Sunday and Govt. Holiday) till the post is vacant at the Office of the CMOH& Secretary, District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Nandigram Health District for engagement of 4( f'our) GDMO, 2( Two) Specialist Doctor ( Medicine) ,2( Two) Anesthesia, ZG*o) Specialist Doctor ( Respiratory Medicine) for Two Months for management of Nandigram SSH , Nandigram , Purba Medinipur . Eligible candidates are requested to appear before inierview board with in due time . It is also mentioned that the vacancy may vary . Details are given below :

Qualification:-
1.Medical Officer (General Duty) (MBBS from recognrzed Institution)
2.Specialist ( Medicine) ( MD in Medicine from recogntzed Institution)
3.Specialist ( Anesthesia ) (Diploma / MD in Anesthesia from recognized Institution)
4.Specialist ( Respiratory Medicine ) (Diploma/ MD in Respiratory Medicine from recogntzed Institution)
Age:-
Up to 60Years as on 01- 0r-202t and relaxation in age for SC /ST/OBC as Govt. norms.
Salary:-
Medical Officer (General Duty) Rs. 40,000 per Month
Specialist ( Medicine) Rs. 50000 per Month
Specialist ( Anesthesia ) Rs. 50000 per Month
Specialist ( Respiratory Medicine ) Rs. 50000 per Month

(1) One Self Attested Photograph pasted on proper place of application format.
(2) Self Attested photocopies of :
(i) Admit of Madhyamik Examination / Equivalent ( As proof of age)
(ii) Voter / ADHAAR Card ( As proof of Address & Photo Identity)
(iii) All necessary Marksheet of all educational qualification starting from Madhyamik / Equivalent /HS/MBBS/ P.G/etc.
(iv) Experience Certificate ( it is also noted that offer / joining letter will not be treated as experience) from appointing authority mentioning joining date, tenure and date of resignation / retirement ( if applicable)
(v) NOC of Employer wherever applicable .
